Shipping & pickup

Shipping rates

Shipping is priced by the weight of the box, so a water bottle never pays for a pressure cooker's postage. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

• Standard shipping: $4.99 up to 8 oz, $6.99 up to 1 lb, $9.99 up to 3 lb, $14.99 up to 10 lb, $24.99 above 10 lb.

Weights include the box and packing material (about 8 oz). Each listing shows its own weight under Product information.

When your order ships

We pack orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes another 3 to 6 days depending on where you are. The delivery estimate on each product page already adds the two together.

You get an email with the tracking number the moment a label is printed.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

Free local pickup

Choose pickup at checkout. We email you when the order is ready, usually within one business day, with the pickup address and hours. Bring your order number and a photo ID.

Pickup is in Youngstown, OH. There is no charge for it.

Big and heavy items

Each listing shows the item's weight and box dimensions under Product information, so you know what is arriving. If an item is too large for standard shipping it is marked pickup only on the product page.

Sales tax

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to OH and on pickup orders. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
