Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase from Mariah's Picks (the "store"). By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

We resell overstock, shelf pulls, open-box and customer-return merchandise acquired from major retailers. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the retailers or brands named on our listings. Retail prices shown for comparison are the retailer's regular price at the time we acquired the item.

Condition and descriptions

Each listing carries a condition grade, condition notes and photos of the specific unit. The condition guide explains what each grade means. You are buying the unit as described, including any flaw the listing discloses. Most listings are one of a kind.

All sales are final

Because our stock is clearance merchandise sold below retail, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or a condition issue that was disclosed in the listing. If an item arrives damaged in shipping, is missing something the listing said was included, or is not as described, contact us within the number of days stated on our Returns page and we will make it right with a refund or, when we have one, a replacement unit.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is captured. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is charged where we are required to collect it. We may cancel and refund an order if an item proves unavailable, if we find a pricing error, or if we cannot verify the payment.

Shipping and pickup

We ship within the United States with the carrier and timing shown at checkout, and we offer local pickup where the checkout shows it. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you gave us, or when you pick the order up. Report delivery problems to us promptly so we can file a carrier claim where one applies.

Accounts and reviews

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in private. Reviews must be about your own experience with the item; we moderate reviews and may remove any that are off topic, abusive, or contain personal information or advertising. By posting a review, photo or video you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on the store.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law of your state.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
